Cyber-Safe Resume
First, a cyber safe resume is a resume that excludes any personal information that could possibly usd to still your identity- -Your name, address, phone number, business email, personal email (if it associated with any of your personal information like aol, yahoo, ect. that has a profile on you) and your places of recent and current employment.
Below are the replacements to these exclusions
Your Name - Just keep blank
Email Address- Accountingclerk@inbox.com, Directorofsales@mail.com, ect. any professional email address that is not associated with your personal account information.
Recent or Current employer - For example, replace the company name Awlogix with the type of busness, a private software building company.
Job title- Be sure to generalize it, for example, Technical support representative, Data entry specialist, sales representative, ect., titles that are commonly recognized amongst the work force.
That's it!
All information was based on my research of a "Cyber-Safe Resume".

Resume Posting online
First I would like to begin here with my results from my resume posting site research, stemmed from my concern with resume privacy. During so I've discovered an interesting resolve to my concern that I feel could benefit future users of these resume posting sites and would love to share it with you. My concern with privatizing my resume to be identity theft resistant. From my research I've discovered from the 20+ resume posting sites that each resume posting site has a list of options that allows the future user to decide whether or not they would want their resume status private, public or confidential. This feature is the feature, as a job seeker, I would want to be sure was available before posting my resume due to my concerns for resume privacy. Evidence clearly presented resume privacy availability when posting, at that point of evidence I'm more at ease and my resume privacy concern has gotten resolved.
Before we move on I want to break down these three resume privacy options indicated earlier, simply because the difference between a private resume and a confidential resume has a lot of importance in it that should be recognized. If you happen to choose the wrong resume privacy option to associate with your resume posting intentions, this mistake could hinder your success at whatever you're hoping to accomplish with these resume posting sites. We all hate working hard at something to reap a reward then come to find out that you've made a huge mistake in the process and your long anticipation was waisted energy. So Let's start with the break down of these resume privacy options.
Public of course, allows employers to search your resume in the resume posting site's resume database, which when your resume is posted, all information attached to that resume is visible. If you decide to choose this option you would want to create cyber-safe resume if you're a big privacy individuals I am. Next is the confidential option, this option is my favorite, simply because your resume is publicly viewable by employers and all your contact information is hidden,, leaving the only option for employers to contacting you, through the resume posting site .This option in most cases will also hides your current employer information, this way you're preventing your current employer from knowing that you are in the market for a new job, I think it'll be better that way, Don't you?. Lastly, is the private option. This option, when chosen makes your resume completely private, Your resume won't show up in the resume database at all. Most job seekers choose this option because they decide to only apply for jobs with their resume.Resume posting sites provide an easy, convenient and simple way for job seekers to apply for jobs.Simply search the job, find the job and apply with a click of a button, this feature draws in thousands of job seekers everyday by the way.
Now that you have a better understanding of each one of the three resume privacy options associated with your resume privacy you should be more confident when up against making the right selection for your resume posting intention.
Now, another concern of mind is with the amount of spam that resume posting sites accumulate in your email box. How do we stop all of this spam from coming to our email box? We'll it's simple. When you're filling out the registration or profile forms, on those forms you'll find a section that includes options for choosing, whether or not you agree to receive certain type of emails. These type of emails usually includes regards to career training education, newsletters, product offers, announcements and etc. Now most of the time these options are pre-chosen and if you don't deselect them you'll get tons of spam in your email box. So when you are completing the resume posting registration and profile forms be clear that you've read through the entire form, or you may end up becoming another victim of spam.
Now my last concern is the with the amount of time consumed during completing the entire resume posting site's process. It's very extensive in time, especially when your posting to more than one resume posting site. The registration page process may take only 1-2 minutes of your time, not time consuming whatsoever but when the profile section of the resume posting completion process comes a lot of your time is consumed. One thing to remember when your in this process is that these sites all have something in common, they all ask for typically the same information, education, work history, skills, honors and awards, etc.,basically information that is be included on your resume. Now I advice every job seeker who plans to post their resume to many more than just one resume posting site to note this and maybe keep some type of document handy that includes such information, this way when it's time to input the information you'll be prepared.
Now as a side project from providing you with advice on resume posting sites, I've researched these resume posting sites to figure how long on average does it take to complete the entire resume posting site's process. My studies indicates the average time consumed by operating top resume posting sites as Careerbuilder.com, Monster.com and Beyond.com. On average it takes 30 minutes to fully complete the entire form filling process to these resume posting sites. Now when you're talking about posting your resume to a multitude of resume posting sites, you're talking about spending tons of time in doing so as you can figure. Now if you take into consideration the tip I provide to you earlier regarding posting to multiple resume posting sites, you should be able to save yourself a lot of time in the process.
Now if you know like I know, resume posting is a numbers game: The more resume posting sites your resume is posted to the greater chance you have at getting discovered by an employer who will hire you. If you've posted to 5 sites and haven't gotten a response from any employers then you might want to consider posting to 5 more and if you haven't gotten a response at that point then you will want to post to 5 more and so on until you've landed the job. The more resume posting sites you've posted your resume to the more exposure your resume gets to employers and your chances of landing a job increases. A numbers game! If you're really serious about finding a job multiple resume postings may be your way to success.
As a researcher of resume posting sites I've found t that there are many available professional helpers that can assist you with getting your resume posted to a multitude of resume posting sites. Two resume posting sites sparked my interest mainly because of their cost and the number of resume posting sites they offer for resume posting. These two resume posting sites I've researched Postingassistant.com and Resumerabbit.com seemed to be the two that job seekers could benefit from the most than any other resume posting business I'm aware of. Below is an analysis of the two resume posting sites, which indicates some of the aspects that makes these sites successful and which of the two is the better one to use.

We'll from the looks of this analysis Postingassistant.com is the better resume posting business. Reason: they offer 100 resume posting sites to post to vs resumrabbit.com's 89, they are more considerate when it comes to each individual specified industry meaning they offer up to 20 niche job sites for each niche industry. With a total of 54 industries, postingassistant.com can be possibly working with 1,080 niche career sites vs resumerabbit.com's 28 which indicates that there are some industries that resume rabbit just don't cover when it comes to posting job seeker's resume's to niche resume posting websites. However, resume rabbit have been in business much longer than postingassistant.com, giving resumerabbit.com a big advantage when it comes to professional resume posting experience. But when price is concerned postingassistant.com offers more resume posting for the buck, and overall is the best resume posting business.
Now that you have tips, advice and resources regarding resume posting sites, you should be 1. more confident on completing the process in a timely manner 2.have more control when it comes to completing the resume posting process to your specific preference and 3. Educated on where to go for the best resume posting deals.
